How To Scale a Company?

 How To Scale a Company!

The bottom line is, it is virtually impossible to successfully grow any business without great people, and finding them can be tough, especially in the early stages.

Outsource Where You Can

Your graphic designer firm doesn’t need to be in-house. Your SEO work doesn’t require a full-time time person. You just need to focus on what area’s do you need the most help with.

This lean approach is what allows a business to break into the big league. When you’re hiring more people you’ll start to scale up.

Bootstrapping

This is where most businesses start. You have a product or service that you want to show the market quickly so you can test it and see if it’s got a good chance. At this stage, crowdfunding is a good choice scale strategy because it allows you to test an idea quickly without taking a big financial risk.

Invest In Your Employees

Businesses spend a great deal of money in their employees for an important reason — it helps them grow quicker by retaining and attracting top people, which are more loyal, have a happier work/life balance, and as a result, work harder for longer.

When employees feel valued, they’ll aggressively share your products/services and dedicate to help your business grow.

How to build & sustain relationships

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

Shane Jeremy James Believes In Relationships First

2014 Nielsen survey found that the average American spends 11 hours on social media, and more than half of that time is spent looking at a smartphone or tablet.

Text messages are such a craze today that we are conducting virtual lives and missing out on real relationships. Sometimes, all we need to understand someone deeply is to spend some quality time with them.

I meet one of my best friends Bonnie-Jill Laflin on Instagram.   I have many friends, all of whom I first meet online. Thanks to the internet, people have many more opportunities to form great friendships and romantic relationships than they ever have before. However, if you meet someone online and things really click, you want to take it offline.

What is the key ingredient in all successful relationships? Most would answer: communication. But did you know that most of how we communicate is non-verbal?

One study showed that pairs of strangers who were asked to stare into each other’s eyes for several minutes reported higher feelings of affection and attraction than a control group. Pretend intimacy results in actual intimacy.

You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you. – Dale Carnegie

My Monthly Routine

  1. Meet at least 50 new people online.
  2. Which 5 people do I have the most in common with?
  3. Build the relationship.
  4. Travel to meet these people in person.
  5. I often prospect the 50 people in the same city. It’s probably a city I want to build the business in.

Note: I allocate so much money for business travel in order to meet new people.

Nikki Lund is another one of my best friends, I often travel to LA in order to spend time with her and Bonnie-Jill.

You “meet” tons of people online every day. The internet is perfected to fit as much information as possible into every minute so when online, we go into the quick skim mode by default to stay in check. But in the offline world, we can only “process” one person or experience at a moment.

So, of course, we remember people better when we meet them in person. And connecting with someone as a living human makes it easier to continue a long working relationship and friendship with them.

Shane Jeremy James On The Importance Of Self – Awareness

Shane Jeremy James On Self-Awareness

Becoming self-aware helps you learn more about yourself and what you’re able to achieve or not achieve. There are many ways you can work on your self-awareness, but whatever you do can dramatically increase your chances of success.

Let’s end racism today. Learn more here!

Recognize your self-talk

A critical step in self-awareness is to listen to yourself. What’s happening in your head? Is it negative thoughts that make you feel angry or sad? Or are you constantly finding the positive?

Practice: Take a few minutes each day to sit in silence and listen to your self-talk. Recognize what you’re saying to yourself. Now, write down your thoughts and switch the negatives into positives.

I tell myself things like: This is a great day. This is going to be a really great day. “I respect and love myself!”

  1. Repeat the affirmation(s) 3-5 times, focusing on the true meaning of each word.

Ask Yourself The Right Questions

When you’re asking questions, never ask yourself “Why?” But ask yourself “What?”

This concept created by the organizational psychologist Dr. Tasha Eurich, who learned most self-aware people are introspective thinkers on questions of what rather than why.

For example, when you’re thinking of a time that caused you to feel angry, you might ask yourself, Why do I feel so angry?

Instead ask yourself, What are the situations that caused me to feel angry, and what do they have in common?

Shane Jeremy James and Krish Sidhu Perform A Small Act Of Kindness

I believe in incorporating the smallest acts of kindness into your everyday life and notice the ripple effects. The Butterfly Effect in Chaos Theory asserts that a tiny event in one region of the globe can have a substantial effect somewhere else. Giving spontaneously can also have a remarkable affect on all those who come in contact with both the act and the players.

“Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.” — Desmond Tutu

Learn why the compassion movement was created

One kind act can transform someone’s day

Can you imagine a world where no one helped each other? Where we all just focus on our own needs but overlooked everyone else’s? This would make for a miserable world to live in, for ultimately, whether spontaneous or thought out, we cannot live a happy life without being kind, by giving and helping each other.

Check out a few of Actions Of Compassion Shows

The Difference Between Compassion and Kindness

Compassion is the ability to feel for someone or to have the same feeling as that of someone else. … In kindness, a person may feel sorry for some person but will not reflect the suffering person’s feelings. But with compassion, a person may have the same feelings as that of the suffering person.

Research also finds that compassion can activate pleasure circuits in the brain, and makes you happy. Compassion lowers stress hormones and strengthens the immune system, helps people feel less vulnerable and lonely, and even reduces risk of heart disease!  And when individuals develop compassion and kindness it can lead to more compassionate societies.

How can you bring more kindness, compassion, and love into your life? Do you have a story of a random act of kindness? Do comment below. I hope this post inspires you to pause occasionally during your day and take the time to make someone smile. The most wonderful part is you will make yourself feel great.

Shane Jeremy James and Krish Sidhu discuss the future of business

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

Shane Jeremy James and Krish Sidhu drop some powerful knowledge.

Audio and voice are the new social media opportunity. Did you get in late on the social media trend? Podcasting and the rise of Alexa voice are here today. The problem is, there still isn’t the majority of business owners taking it seriously. Which leaves a massive opportunity for those who can produce on a consistent basis. Google just released a statistic that one in five queries made by search are through voice. If that isn’t an indicator of the rise of audio and voice, I don’t know what is?

Learn here why I created the compassion movement

The people who act now on this are the ones who will have the biggest competitive advantage.

According to Amazon, The Echo Dot (the smaller version of the Echo) was the “best-selling product from any manufacturer in any category across all of Amazon.”  Voice may not ultimately replace all shopping, but it could change “replenishment purchases,” such as paper towels or batteries.

The mobile device is now the only way to build businesses. Shane Jeremy James Click To Tweet

So, coming up with a video and audio strategy will be the fastest way to position you in the market. The fastest way to beat your competitors! The fastest way to build a brand. But very few business owners will go all in. The ones who do will dominate 2 to 3 years from today.

 Ending Racism

Shane Jeremy James talks about ending racism:

Allow me to share with all of you a message that I recently received from a practicing Muslim girl. She asks, “I am a Muslim, many people don’t like us because they think we’re terrorists and all Muslims are terrorists. What do you think?”

This question of hers got me thinking about the whole debacle surrounding terrorism & Islamophobia, and I think that it stems from Racism.

My True Passion Combined With Compassion

My True Passion Combined With Compassion

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” This just about sums up my persona, and the way I journey through life. This famous quote by Maya Angelou signifies the importance of empathy, inspiration, and motivation; and these are all areas, which I would like to promote to you via my blogs.

compassion

Welcome to my first blog on true passion combined with compassion. Now, you may be wondering whether there is actually a difference between those two words – passion and compassion. Well, in actual fact, there is a huge difference between them. The concept of passion is a strong, compelling emotion or feeling – a feeling of love, hate and desire. Compassion is the ability to show sympathy and concern for the misfortune or unhappiness of others.
